These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glitched Crew Portal (the "Service"), accessible via crew.glitched.tools, operated by the Glitched AB organization ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Purpose of the Service

The Service is a secure portal used to manage volunteer crews and staff at the Glitched event in Sweden. It allows volunteers to apply, update their information, and access event-related resources.

The Service is not a commercial product and does not sell or advertise to users. It is provided solely for internal event coordination.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old to apply to any team, or be at least 18 when the event starts.
• Provide accurate information in your crew application.
• Agree to follow all event rules and codes of conduct when participating as crew.

User Accounts

You may sign in via Discord OAuth or other supported identity providers. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for misuse, data tampering, or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Access data not intended for you.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Share other crew members' personal information without consent.

Misuse of the service or data will result in removal from the crew and potential legal action if applicable.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Data is used only for crew management and event organization.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize personal data.

Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Glitched organization is not liable for:

• Data loss, unauthorized access, or downtime.
• Indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You misuse crew data or event resources.
• The Service is discontinued or restructured.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and related data will be deleted or anonymized in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
